CMS halts SHS’ audit of HHA OASIS submissions

After an investigation into recent actions of Strategic Health Solutions (SHS) that targeted home health agencies in six New England states, CMS announced that it has halted the Medicare Supplemental Medical Review Contractor’s (SMRC) auditing of OASIS submissions made in 2010.
