- 58571—Laparoscopic total hysterectomy for uterus 250g or less; with removal of tube(s) and/or ovary(s)
- 58572—Laparoscopic total hysterectomy for uterus greater than 250g
- 58573—Laparoscopic total hysterectomy for uterus greater than 250g; with removal of tube(s) and/or ovary(s)
None of the laparoscopic total hysterectomy procedures are currently listed on the Medicare list of covered procedures for ASCs.
