Tip of the week: Encourage staff flu shot compliance

In addition to instructing staff members on proper cough etiquette and hand hygiene, ICPs should train healthcare workers on how to help patients follow these guidelines.
One of the best ways to reduce absenteeism and cut down on the number of infections at your facility is to encourage staff members to get their annual flu shots.
