HealthFitness launches HRA for global workers

Multinational employers can use data collected with Minneapolis-based HealthFitness’ new INSIGHT International Health Risk Assessment (HRA) tool to tailor benefits and health improvement programs to specific cultures, according to HealthFitness.
The HRA is brief, was designed to be easy to complete, and has been translated and culturally validated by in-country translators. For employees, the HRA raises awareness about health risks and gives personalized feedback about lifestyle changes to improve their health, according to HealthFitness. Meanwhile, data collected from the HRA provide employers with identification of the top six chronic con- ditions and health risks among em- ployees at domestic and international locations.
