DMAA survey: Interest in wellness strong

A survey of 114 major health plans, employers, and companies that provide population health improvement programs indicates a strong and growing interest in wellness programs, and health plans and payers view participant satisfaction as an important measure of program success. The market survey, released last week by DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance, found that 84% of health plans and employers offer one or more wellness program, and 91% intend to do so within the next year.
