Q: What type of poster is required by OSHA to be posted in the laboratory?
A: Employers are required to display--and keep displayed--a poster prepared by the Department of Labor informing employees of the protections of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, P.L. 91-596, December 29, 1970, and its amendments. The OSHA 3165 poster can be downloaded here.
