Tip of the week: Cut liability risk by providing proper training

To help reduce your facility's liability risk when it comes to IC practices, it's critical to ensure that all levels of patient-care staff are properly trained in infection control. Prepare an outline of what your organization covered in the training and, more importantly, take attendance and keep a list of attendees.
