Matria's DM, wellness revenues up 13% in Q3

Matria Healthcare, Inc., says its revenues for the third quarter of 2007 increased 6% and its earnings from continuing operations increased 30% year over year. The Marietta, GA-based disease management (DM) and wellness vendor reported revenues and earnings in line with its previous guidance. However, Matria chair and CEO Parker "Pete" Petit says that the company would not achieve the high end of its fourth quarter guidance because of delayed commencement of a large, unnamed health plan.
