Ambulatory Surgery Reimbursement Update, November 27, 2007
The American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (AAASC) updated its calculator to forecast the effect of the new Medicare ASC payment system on ASCs November 15, according to the AAASC Web site.
According to AAASC, with the Medicare ASC payment calculator you will determine
- Payments for current and new procedures
- Payments for device-related procedures
- Conversion factor adjustment
- Forecast payments for 2008 through 2010/ul>
