The Hospital Version package includes the ICD-9-CM Manual Volumes 1, 2, and 3 plus the 2008 HCPCS Level II Manual and the CPT 2008 Professional Edition. The Professional Version package includes the ICD-9-CM Manual Volumes 1 and 2 plus the 2008 HCPCS Level II Manual and the CPT 2008 Professional Edition.
You can also buy any of the manuals separately (ICD-9-CM Manual Volumes 1, 2, and 3 for Hospitals; the ICD-9-CM Manual Volumes 1 and 2 for Physicians; the 2008 HCPCS Level II Manual, or the AMA's CPT 2008 Professional Edition).
