Judge Ricardo S. Martinez sentenced 62-year-old James Leroy Henderson to 74 months in prison, five years of supervised release, and $120,125 in restitution for bank fraud and identity theft after Henderson used patient information to create false identities.
Henderson made more than $120,000 in withdrawals from victims' bank accounts between January 2005 and January 2006. According to a release from the Department of Justice, Henderson obtained some of his false identities through others who inappropriately accessed records at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle.
