Aide found guilty of theft

A home health aide was found guilty of stealing almost $38,000 from the elderly man she was caring for, reported www.delcotimes.com. On January 12, the aide will report to prison to start her six-to 23-month prison sentence. She will be part of a work release program where half of her salary will go to the victim as restitution. Upon release, the aide is prohibited from working or volunteering for a home health agency, reported the Web site.
