Without forcing facilities to alter systems they already have in place, Healthcare Suite, a new integrated software system from Physmark, will help HMOs, TPAs, health plans, and self-insured employer organizations add essential Administrative Services Only (ASO) capabilities to their computer systems.
Physmark's Healthcare Suite gives health plans the ability to quickly and cost-effectively support the demand for "real time" data for claims adjudication and payments. Other ASO capabilities affected by the program include Web enrollment and inquiries, HIPAA EDI compliance, repricing, and data mining, the Dallas-based software and services company said Wednesday.
