Judge blocks Kobe’s shot at accuser’s medical record

The Judge presiding over the case of basketball star Kobe Bryant said the defense will not be allowed access to medical records accounting suicide attempts made by Bryant's accuser, according to "Los Angeles Times" reports on April 22.

The Judge said that despite the fact that the young woman had told others about trying to take her own life, she had not waived her privacy privileges by disclosing the information to others, the Times says.
