The ACDIS team is back in Danvers, Massachusetts after an amazing conference in San Antonio. Many of you might be wondering, what’s next? And not just for the conference—though we hope you’ve heard the 2016 annual conference will be held in Atlanta. We’re talking about what other opportunities are available now that the conference season is over, and we have a few months to breathe before conference prep is in full-swing again.
For starters, mark your calendars for this year’s CDI Week, September 14-18. Join us for the fifth annual week-long event recognizing CDI specialists across the country. We’re already working on this year’s theme and planned activities, so watch the ACDIS website and social media for updates.
There are a number of other things you can do to take advantage of your membership year-round, and connect or network with CDI specialists from around the country. Participate in a quarterly conference call, or take part in a chat on our CDI Talk platform. Tune in to ACDIS Radio every other Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. for the latest news and updates relevant to CDI professionals. Read our publications, including the ACDIS blog, CDI Strategies, and the CDI Journal. And, if your facility needs a little training, sign up for one of our boot camps or e-learning courses.
Stay active with ACDIS throughout the year and, before we know it, we’ll be seeing you again at the 2016 annual conference, May 24-26 in Atlanta!
