Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a CDI supervisor who would be responsible for facilitating and coordinating its CDI program. The successful candidate will work to leverage performance, providing feedback and influence to persistently improve documentation results and impact performance indicators. The CDI supervisor assists in leading continuous improvement in the development and deployment of standard policies and procedures, standardized queries, technologies and tools, and strategies targeted to improve the quality of documentation and overall financial performance.
