Do you code a stable nodule on a screening mammogram? It was previously evaluated on previous mammogram, and now patient returns for screening mammogram. The stable nodule is noted in the findings (body) of the report. But the final impression is benign with no need for follow up. 

Screening is the primary diagnosis (code 793.89). Would you code a secondary code for the stable nodule?
