As of this week, more than 600 CDI-related professionals had registered for the 2012 ACDIS Conference in San Diego, May 10-11, and more than 150 individuals have registered for one of the two ACDIS pre-conference events—the ICD-10 for CDI Boot Camp and The Physician Advisor's Role in CDI: A Collaborative Approach for Success—which take place May 8-9.

As a reminder, the cutoff date for the reduced $199 per night rate at the Manchester Grand Hyatt is Friday, April 6. To register, visit the website www.acdis.org or contact our Member Relations Department at 877-240-6586. Hotel rooms will be available after this date, but not at ACDIS reduced rate.

Those planning to take the Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) Exam at the ACDIS Conference in San Diego on Saturday, May 12, should submit their application forms and register for the San Diego location no later than Wednesday, April 11. ACDIS must submit the list of qualified examinees’ names to Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc., (the exam management firm) three weeks in advance. You will not be admitted to the exam room if your name isn't on the list.

For additional information regarding exam application and registration visit www.acdis.org or email ACDIS Member Services Specialist Penny Richards at prichards@cdiassociation.com.
