Dear HIM and Coding directors, managers, and supervisors,
HCPro is conducting in-depth research into coder productivity, and we value your input. The survey will ask you to record productivity levels for various patient encounters as well as demographic and other coding process-related information.
The survey closes January 31.
Please only take the survey if you are an HIM or coding director, manager, or supervisor. If you do not hold one of these positions, please feel free to pass this e-mail to one of your colleagues or supervisors who might be interested in completing the survey.
Note: The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Note that once you begin the survey, you must complete it. If you begin and do not finish, you will not be able to take it again.
As a token of our gratitude, we would like to provide you with a $50 coupon to the HCMarketplace that you may use on a product of your choice (minimum of $51). In addition, two lucky recipients will receive a $50 cash prize.
The link below will take you to the survey's Web site; simply click on the link to answer the survey questions online. If the click-through does not work, please cut and paste the URL into the address bar of your browser. Here's the link to the survey: www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22BJNC3QU4Z/
