The nomination period for the 2011 CDI Professional of the Year award is open through January 31, 2011. The 2011 ACDIS annual conference committee will choose one CDI Professional of the Year award winner and two winners of the Recognition of CDI Professional Achievement award.
The winner of the Professional of the Year award will receive one free admission to the 2011 ACDIS fourth annual conference in Orlando, FL (April 7-8, 2011). All three winners will be recognized before their peers at the conference’s networking and awards luncheon on Thursday, April 7.
Nominees should be someone who has a passion for the CDI profession and adheres to the ACDIS Code of Ethics. Consider nominating those who may have made a difference to your hospital’s CDI program or someone who positively influenced your CDI team. Read about the 2010 winners on pp. 23-25 in the July edition of the CDI Journal.
To submit a nomination, download the CDI Professional of the Year nomination form. After you fill out the form, submit it to ACDIS Director Brian Murphy via e-mail at bmurphy@cdiassociation.com.
