The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) has published a new website (available at http://onc-chpl.force.com/ehrcert) listing the complete EHRs and EHR modules certified under the temporary certification program. To qualify for the Medicare or Medicaid incentive programs, eligible hospitals and providers must use certified EHR technology.
Providers can view information on the products and vendors, and learn which certifier approved the product. The ONC also notes that an update to the webpage is coming, with later versions displaying additional information, such as clinical quality measures against which a given product was tested, as well as new functionalities, such as the ability to sort results.
