Health system notifies 5,450 patients of potential breach

A California health system notified 5,450 patients Monday, April 5, of a “potential breach of their personal and health information,” according to a report in the San Francisco Business Times.

The hospital reported that two laptops were stolen at the John Muir Physician Network Perinatal office in Walnut Creek.
