The good news is that ACDIS has secured additional rooms at the Chicago Hyatt Regency for just $185 for Wednesday, June 2 and Thursday, June 4, the two days of the 3rd Annual ACDIS Conference.
But these additional rooms are selling out quickly. There are currently less than 200 rooms left each of those nights, and both Friday and Saturday nights at the Hyatt are sold out.
This room crunch is primarily due to the American Society of Clinical Oncologists citywide event which begins on June 4th. Additional rooms may become available after that association’s April 28 reservation deadline. Nevertheless, we encourage you to book your rooms as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we will continue to search for other available, reasonably priced, accommodations.
