HHS has provided more outreach as promised in the HITECH Act.
It will post updates about health information technology on its new blog, Health IT Buzz. The blog also provides a forum for people to share their ideas and concerns, according to a November 23 HHS press release.
The blog is available at http://healthit.hhs.gov/blog/onc.
HITECH provides new resources to improve healthcare through advances in health IT and provides incentives to hospitals and providers who meaningfully use health information technology, according to the press release.
