Hospital's patient information sold

A Las Vegas medical center’s employee is selling some of the hospital’s daily registration forms for accident patients, the Las Vegas Sun reported November 20.
That private information – including names, birth dates, Social Security numbers and injuries – has been leaked for months at the University Medical Center, the Sun reported. The employee may be selling the information to attorneys who are working on cases that involve the patient.
The hospital began a formal investigation because of the Sun’s article.
