Now that the HHS security breach notification interim final rule is in effect, the February 18, 2010, deadline for covered entities to amend their business associate (BA) contracts is just around the corner. Starting this month and leading up to the February compliance deadline, BOH will answer questions per¬taining to BA contracts.
