Roller-coaster fall results in complex injuries

The patient’s friend told paramedics the accident occurred when he removed his seatbelt and stood up while riding the high-speed roller coaster. As the roller coaster whipped around a sharp bend, he was thrown from the car. The patient was unconscious when the paramedics arrived, and they immediately suspected he was intoxicated from beer. His friend confirmed this.
