Tip #1: Realize that an EHR will not solve your problems
EHRs aren’t necessarily a remedy for poor processes. Instead, they tend to expose them. Create work flows that depict current scenarios and revise them once you’ve implemented your EHR.Employ a team that involves IT, HIM, physicians, nurses, and other EHR users.
