Tip: Comment on the 2010 OPPS proposed rule

What do you thinkof the 2010 OPPS proposed rule? You can submit comments to CMS until August 31.
Visit www.regulations.gov and search for “2010 OPPS” or enter the document ID, CMS-2009-0060-0002, in the search field.
Under the document name, you’ll see a link called “Send a Comment or Submission.”
Click on that link and provide the requested information. Then click on “Next Step.” This will enable you to review your information and your comments. Click on “Submit” to complete the process.
