Those who took the Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) examination in Las Vegas can expect to receive their results within the next week or so. Vegas examinees will receive a letter, a scoring report, and those who passed will also receive a CCDS certificate. In addition, the July 1 issue of CDI Journal will contain the names of the professionals who passed the exam in Las Vegas.
The computerized assessment centers will begin to offer exams Monday, June 29. Those who applied to take the CCDS exam at one of the centers can expect to receive an e-mail confirming approval of your application and instructions on how to schedule an exam at the Assessment Center of your choosing.
