- Acute care community hospital (nonteaching): 45%
- Acute care teaching hospital: 26%
- Clinic/physician office: 12%
- Critical access hospital: 7%
- Freestanding ambulatory surgery center: 5%
- Freestanding rehab: 2%
- Freestanding skilled nursing facility: 1%
- Long-term acute care hospital: 2%
