HCPro is researching the creation of an online resource center for HIM directors. The following questions will help us gauge your interest in such a product. The survey will take approximately five minutes to complete. Once you begin the survey, you must complete it. You will not be permitted to retake or pause it.
As a token of our gratitude, we would like to provide you with a $50 coupon to the HCMarketplace that you may use on a product of your choice (minimum of $100). Once you complete the survey, you will receive a source code that you can use when ordering the product to receive your discount.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
