Sequence properly for appropriate DRG assignment

Every so often, I’m reminded of how important it is to code accurately and in the proper sequence. That’s when I know it deserves some discussion. Here, a look at two case study examples. The first looks at a baby who wouldn’t eat and was losing weight fast. The second discusses an elderly woman admitted to the hospital after a fall.
