You will need to know considerably more than what is in this text to run your own mdcaeil billing service, but is a good basic start. I like Rowell and Green's text, more comprehensive, but no start up business info, strictly billing and insurance; however,if you want to be an entrepreneur you need to really know all about your business first and foremost. Then find yourself some good business start-up books (don't necessarily need to be on billing) and read them cover to cover.
