CMS issued MLN Matters article SE0821, a reminder that Medicare pays for diabetes screening tests, on June 18. This article reminds providers that they must use correct procedure and diagnosis codes and the proper modifier (when appropriate) when filing claims to ensure proper reimbursement for these screening tests.
Ensure that you don’t miss out on this benefit.
