A: The American Hospital Association (AHA) recently launched an updated Web site that contains several educational resources for AHA members, including external resources, frequently asked questions, upcoming RAC-related events, and news updates from CMS and the AHA.
In addition, the AHA has created RACTrac—a Web-based survey that will gather data from hospitals on a quarterly basis regarding their RAC experience. This survey is designed to provide information on the impact that the program is having on America’s hospitals. The AHA will not begin collecting data until the RACs have begun their claims audit process.
