Tip of the week: Consider referral bonuses when recruiting transcriptionists

Consider extending bonuses to employees who refer a qualified applicant who is subsequently hired as a transcriptionist. Extending referral retention payments every quarter or six months gives the previously employed transcriptionist an incentive to stay with the organization rather than jump to another organization that is offering a hire-on bonus.
