Wellpoint, the nation’s largest health insurer by membership, has reported that information about 128,000 customers was exposed on the Internet during the last year, according to an April 9 article in The
The data may have included Social security numbers and medical information, according to the article. Welpoint is providing free credit monitoring to those affected.
