Oops, they did it again at UCLA Medical Center where 13 staff members were terminated and six others, including physicians, face suspension or other disciplinary action for inappropriately accessing Britney Spears' medical records during her recent stay there, according to a March 15 article in the Los Angeles Times.

Compliance staff members distributed a memo the morning of Spears' admission reminding staff to protect patient privacy by not viewing the medical records of patients not in their direct care, according to the Times. The facility continually audited Spears' record to catch snooping staffers.

UCLA terminates the employment of three or four staff members annually for inappropriately accessing celebrity medical records, according to the article.
