Interactive map shows data breach notification laws, pending legislation

As part of a series on security breaches, CSOonline.com released an interactive map and accompanying article displaying data breach notification laws on a state by state basis, in addition to pending legislation, all of which is viewable on the CSO Web site.
By clicking on each state, viewers can access detailed information about the state notification laws. Clicking on the flagged location of Washington, DC will enable viewers to learn more about upcoming federal legislation.
