Last Thursday, counsel for the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and CMS presented oral arguments before U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Cooper, conceivably completing some of their final active steps in NAHC’s longstanding lawsuit challenging a contentious former aspect of the home health face-to-face encounter rule.
