Seventeen physicians earlier this month dropped their lawsuit against OhioHealth, legal action brought against the Columbus hospitals for revoking their clinical privileges after they invested in a new for-profit hospital.

The physicians abandoned the lawsuit after a Franklin County Common judge denied their request for a temporary restraining order to reinstate their OhioHealth privileges while the court fight proceeded, according to a report in the Columbus Dispatch.
