The October issue of Briefings on Credentialing features a case study about a new reappointment process at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Under the leadership of Donnie Sauls, MBA, CPMSM, the medical staff has reached a near 100% on-time rate for turning in reappointment applications. They’ve reached this goal by sending MSPs to on-site meetings to help practitioners complete reappointment applications one department at a time.
