Updated substance abuse treatment directory may help impaired practitioners

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued an updated list of substance abuse treatment programs, according to an August 13 press release.

If your medical staff is concerned that a practitioner is impaired, consider passing on resources such as this one to that practitioner to help him or her on the road to recovery.
