National telehealth network planned

Medical staffs may have more telemedicine providers to credential due to a new, national telehelath network that is being planned. United Health Group and Cisco Systems, Inc., accounted their plans to build the network earlier this week, according to a July 15 Wall Street Journal article.
The Connect Care telehealth network will provide care to underserved, rural, and workforce populations.
