Dear Readers,
Last week I attended the 12th annual Credentialing Resource Center Symposium at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. It was great to see so many of you in person and finally match faces to names.
The best part of the show for me was seeing how dedicated everyone is to their work. Despite the recession and whatever internal challenges your own organization may face, the MSPs I met are genuinely interested in ensuring patient safety through top credentialing practices.
From the perspective of a potential patient (aren’t we all?) I want to say thank you for keeping our hospitals safe. And from a professional standpoint I want to say thank you for spreading your enthusiasm and helping to motivate me in my work.
I can’t wait to see you all at the next conference!
Sincerely,
Emily Berry, associate editor
