The results are in from last week’s poll. We asked readers what work gap length does your organization require practitioners to explain in writing, and we received more than 320 responses:
44% said a gap of 30 days or more needed to be explained in writing
3% said a gap of 45 days or more needed to be explained in writing
21% said a gap of 60 days or more needed to be explained in writing
9% said a gap of 75 days or more needed to be explained in writing
23% gave another answer
