California HealthCare Foundation releases retail clinic report

States are taking different regulatory approaches to retail clinics, according to a recent report published by the California HealthCare Foundation. The report, “Retail Clinics: Six State Approaches to Regulation and Licensing,” examines retail clinics in California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Texas.
The report examined the following aspects of retail clinics in those states:
