Streamlining operations can go hand-in-hand with increased efficiency and productivity. The following are some ways to streamline operations in your own office:
- Draft form letters that you can easily upload and send when responding to common inquiries
- Develop an online databank of policies and procedures where you can send practitioners and applicants with questions, rather than individually attaching policies to reply emails
- Use remote meeting software programs to allow out-of-office participants to attend meetings rather than rescheduling meetings to fit everyone’s in-office schedule
If you’re searching for more ways to streamline operations and achieve accreditation compliance, you may consider joining the Credentialing Resource Center Advisor. It’s a new CRC membership level led by Sally J. Pelletier, CPMSM, CPCS that supports medical service professionals with practical plans and strategies to meet their ongoing challenges.
