Tip of the week: Create a group to evaluate, streamline competency reports

When considering a change to the format of your physician competency feedback report, assemble a pilot group of physicians to review the proposed format before generating competency feedback reports for all medical staff members. The pilot group can assess the format, make any changes or additions, review the types of data included in the report, and answer any questions that arise once the report is distributed to the general medical staff.
